I'm in the states and I've never had an oatcake, but curious to try them out! Will report back. 🥰

Ah, love your Sunday newsletter. You're so nice about wishing others well with their vacations. Not that I wish people ill, but when I watch my friends go to places I want to go, I'm always panged with jealousy when I can't afford it.

I ended skipping cookie recipes last week because I got an urge to bake cakes. It was a fun week. Hoping for another good week for you!

Glad you are enjoying spring. Starts a little earlier in Virginia but then it gets ridiculously hot. Already projecting the negative. Ha.

Steph I’m dizzy with choices as to what recipe I will try this week but I feel it might be the oatcakes. I have just found a gluten free oats here in Australia (diagnosed a coeliac last year was a shock & I’m still adjusting but it certainly answers a lot of questions) so I’m literally fizzing with excitement!!

Steph! Love these recipes. One after another I'm just going for them.

Since it is now SPRING here (well into May, ahem) I am trying your quiche.

Question: When you say rest dough do you mean in fridge? I'm assuming so :) Thank you, thank you!!
