#53 'Twickers' Squares

OTT Twickers squares

Ok so I didn’t really anticipate giving you this recipe, but having posted it on my social media during the week, I realise that you are all pretty mad about your Twix/Snickers/Millionaire shortbreads… not only that, you also are very much team THICK layers. So here you have my *slightly* OTT Twickers squares (more like cubes – seriously people, they’re THICK), comprised of a chunky, super short and tender shortbread base, followed by a scattering of roasted peanuts hidden under a blanket of creamy caramel, and finished with a layer of creamy milk chocolate. It’s not wildly original but it’s blooming perfect comfort fodder for when you need it!
