NO KNEAD OVERNIGHT FOCACCIA
I seem to have a reputation amongst my baking friends for my LOVE, (verging on obsession), for bread and oil. Focaccia basically encapsulates this love affair in its own right. What makes it even better is its absolute simplicity, in both concept and construction. Throw a handful of quality ingredients together the night before you plan to bake, no kneading required, plop it into a tin, give it a second rise, prod it with your fingers and add your favourite toppings, bake, and devour; it’s versatile, lasts well, and (of course) tastes GREAT, what more could you want?
